The Role:
- As a Sales Manager take on the responsibility to lead, coach and manage the AV sales team to achieve the companies goals and targets.
- Support the Sales Director and ensuring sales targets are met, developing strategies to improve sales performance.
- Deliver on total team performance and achieving new levels of organic growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, handling negotiations, and addressing customer concerns.
- Work closely with the company’s culture and values. Collaborate with other departments.
- Predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets based on market research and historical data.
- Managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and planning sales campaigns.
The Candidate:
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and drive a team toward achieving sales objectives.
- Strong sales experience ideally in AV or close
- 3rd level degree and relevant sales management experience in a similar role
- Strong people management experience in a sales environment
- Communication technology industry experience ideal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
